Real results
Every case is different. Here are a few examples of how we help.
Spouse petition with overstay history
A U.S. citizen petitioned for a spouse who had previously overstayed a visa. We prepared an I-601A waiver with strong hardship evidence. The waiver was approved and the spouse received an immigrant visa within 14 months.
H-1B approval after prior RFE denial
A tech professional's H-1B was denied after a weak RFE response. We refiled with stronger specialty occupation arguments and an expert opinion letter. Approved without an RFE.
Citizenship despite extended travel abroad
A green card holder with a 7-month trip abroad was concerned about continuous residence. We documented U.S. ties and prepared thoroughly. The N-400 was approved at the interview.
